Amrit is the ghee of native cow

    The ghee of the native cow is considered as nectar on the earth. It controls about 80 types of diseases which are caused by imbalance of vata-bile. Not only this, the ghee of the native cow balances the body, it has an amazing ability to soothe the heat of the mind. It also has an important role in keeping the anger and irritable psyche calm.

   The smoothness in the ghee of a native cow is called affection. Eating it gives strength to both body and mind. About 20 percent of the brain is made up of lubricants. According to studies, the brain is able to absorb only smoothing smaller than 3.5 microns. 

   The native cow's cottonseed ghee is from 3.1 to 3.3 microns, all other smoothies are more than 4.8 microns. That is, there is only one smoothness for the brain, ghee from the native cow. 

   The native cow's ghee fills the wounds caused by delivery or operation the fastest. Ayurveda states that the ghee of the native cow is helpful in preventing the effects of old age. Yogurt is prepared from Mathkaar Biloune. Gold-like elements are found in the ghee of Gir cow. This ghee is very beneficial for health. 

   Generally, most of the ghee sold in the market is prepared by extracting direct fat from milk. They do not have the quality of clarified butter. What makes a native breed cow special is its dill. The quality of this milk is better than that of a normal cow due to the solar system. 

   The traditional Vedic process is used to make ghee with blackened milk from its milk. First of all, ghee is prepared after turning cow's milk into curd and making butter (Billauna). Native ghee provides anti-oxidants to improve the immunity of the body.
