World's Third Railway University Open in India

   Union Minister Piyush Goyal and Chief Minister of Gujarat, Vijay Rupani will dedicate the country's first rail university to the nation on Saturday.

 After Russia and China, it is the third such university in the world that engages in the study of the work of rail. 
  It is reported that a senior Railway Ministry official gave this information. It is reported that National Rail and Transportation Institute (NRTI), built in Vadodara in Gujarat, had entered the first batch of 103 students of 20 states in two full residential graduate courses in September this year. 
  It is reported that the University has started BBA in B.Sc and Transportation Management in two graduate program Transportation Technology. The objective of the University is to start postgraduate course from the 2019-20 academic session in areas like Transport and System Design, Transport Systems Engineering, Transport Policy and Economics. 
  The news is that the official said, it is a matter of great pride that such a unique institution, such a variety of courses, will be dedicated to the country on December 15. 
  It is reported that there are 17 students and 86 students in the university campus. They have come from 20 states of the country. BBA-41 in Transport Management and BSc-Transport Technology 62 students are studying. 
  It is reported that the Ministry of Railways has sanctioned Rs. 421 crores for this project for the next five years.
